WCVBA Tryout and Signing Policy for 15's, 16's, 17's and 18's Age Groups

Tryout Start Date & Signing Period for Non-Returning Athletes

Friday July 29th is the first day a club may have tryouts, take deposits and accept formal commitments from non-returning athletes. It is strongly recommended that clubs do NOT accept signed Letters of Commitment until Wednesday August 3rd.  This includes returning and non-returning athletes in these age groups.

Tryout Start Date & Signing Period for Non-Returning Athletes 14 and Younger Age Groups

Friday October 21st  is the first day a club may have tryouts, take deposits and accept formal commitments including returning and non-returning athletes in these age groups. 

Verbal commitments
Verbal commitments can be extended to returning athletes of all age groups at any time. Verbal commitments are not binding. 

Verbal commitments cannot be extended to non-returning athletes of all age groups until July 7th. This ensures that each athlete is able to complete their current season without interference from another club.
